Known for our stunning gardens and endless landscapes of blooms from late May through the end of October, our outdoor flowers create an enchanting setting for your special day. Here is a detailed list of services we offer:

Planning and Coordination

• Whatever level of wedding planning you want...we can do it as well as assist with budgeting.
• Personalized on-site vendor coordination and wedding planning tailored to your needs - whether you need a coach, assistant coach, or just a helping hand.
• Wedding event oversight to ensure every detail runs smoothly.
• Parking assistance is provided 60 minutes before and up to the ceremony.

Venue Amenities

• A handicap-accessible barn, parking area, and restrooms for the comfort of all guests.
• A spacious outdoor deck with stunning views of Holy Hill - especially spectacular in the fall.
• On-site Bridal House featuring two spacious dressing rooms and a relaxing lounge area. Matched with our on-site Bull Pen for the other half, makes day-of event fun and comfortable.
• Indoor space accommodating up to 250 guests for seated dinner and 250 for indoor ceremonies; capacity expands to over 350 with an additional tent. Indoor buffet meals can be served with 220 guests in barn or
• endless amounts with additional of tent to extend the barn.
• Scenic outdoor wedding site with meticulously maintained landscaping, fresh garden pots, and breathtaking vistas year-round.
• Beautiful gardens and endless blooms from late May to October, creating a vibrant and picturesque backdrop for your wedding.

Furniture and Decor

• White folding chairs for up to 300 guests, usable indoors or outdoors.
• Tables to suit all configurations: 27 8' banquet tables, 27 60" round tables, and 12 bar-height leaner tables.
• 12 solid oak wedding pews for indoor ceremonies.
• A beautiful early 1900s antique wedding altar.
• Two rustic barnwood movable bars go anywhere within the barn or on the gorgeous south facing deck.
• Indoor chandelier lighting and spectacular outdoor lighting to illuminate the barn, deck, and surrounding areas.
• Spacious wooden dance floor, cleaned after every event for barefoot dancing.

Facilities

• State-of-the-art 25' restroom trailer with flushable facilities and modern amenities like air conditioning and heat when needed.
  • Ladies' restrooms: three private toilets, spacious vanity, and full-length mirror.
  • Men's restrooms: private toilet, two urinals, vanity, and mirror.
• Convenient caterer preparation area - protected from the elements and highly rated by caterers.
• Full use of two refrigerators and two freezers for food, beverage, and floral storage.

Additional Services

• Buffet table setup and teardown (food provided by renter).
• Appetizer and dessert buffet tables (food provided by renter).
• Designated outdoor smoking area with seating.
• Trash removal at the end of the event - you take home only what you wish.
• Two movable fire pits with wood provided, managed by Folk Song Farm staff.

Parking and Safety

• On-site, safe, and convenient parking adjacent to the barn.
• On-site handicap parking area right next to the barn convenient for everyone.
• A vast parking area that remains accessible even in heavy rain.
• Safe, one-way traffic entrance and exit to ensure the safety of all guests.
